1. Register

You need to register on the website by completing the Registration Form

2. Search for the desired items

Upon registration you can browse our website and find an item of your interest.
Read the item description carefully before you buy.

3. Top up your PawnGoods Account

In order to buy an item, you must top up your PawnGoods account with at least £500. Once payment clears, your PawnGoods balance will be reloaded.

4. Buy it Now

With balance ready, you can bid / buy your desired item.

5. Ready for Pick-up / Shipping

After you reserve the item, we clear it for any outstanding payments and prepare it for delivery. The supplier has the obligation to release the item to you or the shipper.
Most items will shipped in the same day prior to payment, unless otherwise noted on the item description.
Over-sized merchandise may take longer than usual.

6. Almost done

At delivery, you have to pay the remaining balance for the item and we will leave it with you for 30 days to get it tested.
All items come with plates and insurance so you will be able to drive it and take it to any mechanics.
After item arrival or pick-up you have the benefit of 30 days warranty which includes coverage if the item does not match the description or is by any mean faulty. In this case our dedicated team will make an inspection to establish the item condition.
It is your duty to check if the item was damaged during delivery.
After 30 days, if you are unhappy with the item, we will fully refund you.
